Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped every Friday.

Delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping costs do not include local import duties or taxes. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated charges.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days at info@banana-books.com with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be approved in advance by email.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and include all accompanying documents (e.g., Certificates of Authenticity).

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
